If you speak French, English or Spanish, Jean-Faustin Badimboli will communicate with you in the language of your choice. He also uses the services of qualified interpreters and translators to serve his clients from countries such as China and Japan.

Before his practice as a lawyer, he made an international career that led him to travel around the world (i.e. Africa, Europe, and South-America), networking with people from different cultures, languages and work experiences. 

Following his graduation from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, he worked as an Associate Writer with Human Rights Internet, in the area of the United Nations Treaty Monitoring Bodies. He had to analyze, on a daily basis, reports submitted by UN member states, on legal and administrative measures taken to comply with the body of law applicable to them.

After a few years as a lawyer with Dagenais Jacob Attorneys, he decided to gain on-field experience of business challenges met by his clients. To this end, he worked for a period as Legal Counsel and Director of Credit for COGIR Management Corporation, a key player in the area of residential and commercial real property management. 

For his graduation as Master’s of Law, he received the French Embassy Award for being the best student in the said program at the University of Ottawa. Jean-Faustin has taught Commercial and Corporate Law at the same University. He has also written legal articles published in the Revue générale de droit.

He is proud to meet the legal needs of his clients -- individuals and businesses -- from Canada, USA, Africa, Europe, and Asia. In light of his experience, he integrates in his practice, the needs of his clients with his deep knowledge of the Quebec and Canadian law, in order to set up a winning strategy.

Jean-Faustin represents his clients before courts and tribunals, including the Quebec Court, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Municipal Court, the Rental Board, the Immigration Appeal Division, and the Labour Relations Board. He also provides legal advice or opinion on legal matters of interest to his clients. Besides, he reviews, negotiates and drafts contracts and agreements of all kind for his clients.
